Specialist Policies & Procedures (PP)

Reporting to IT Policies & Procedure Superintendent

Main Purpose of Position:
* Support Policies & Procedures Superintendent to manage Information Technology risks, policies & procedures development and implementation.
* Support Policies & Procedures Superintendent to manage IT standards to ensure they are still appropriately applicable for the current environment of corporate systems and in line with corporate business strategy, considering the international best practices.
* Support Policies & Procedures Superintendent to manage centralized IT Help Desk as the front line function of IT Division to control the implementation of IT Policies & Procedures in handling problems and users requests, and to inform current policies to users.

Required Qualifications:
* Possess a tertiary qualification in an information Technology based business discipline (such as Commerce or Information Technology) from reputable Indonesian or International University or another tertiary qualification with extensive experience and proven skills ininformation Technology.
* Possess the skills in developing and implementing Information Technology policies & procedures.
* Experience in Information Security, specifically risk analysis and assessment skills, IT Policy and Security standard implementation.
* Familiar with internationally recognized standards in Information Technology fields, such as ITIL, COBIT and relevant international standards will be an advantage.
* Have at least 2 – 3 years experience in the similar area.

Data Center Specialist (DC)

Reporting to Computer Operations Superintendent
Main Purpose of Position:
* To Support Computer Operations Superintendent to manage Information Technology as per recognized standard.

Required Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification (S1 degree) in Information Technology based business discipline (computers or informatics) from reputable university.
* Qualified in UNIX & Windows server administration and Microsoft windows system.
* Qualified in data, storage and backup managements.
* Qualified in messaging services and inter connectivity concepts among the system.
* Familiar with internationally recognized standards in Information Technology fields, such as ITIL, COBIT and relevant international standards, will be an advantage.
* Familiar with data network administration and network security concepts.
* Have at least 3 years experience as Specialist or at Supervisory level in mining or oil & gas industry.

Reporting Staff (RS)
Reporting to Reporting Coordinator
Main Purpose of Position:
* This person will maintain communications with external auditors (local and overseas) and subsidiaries.
* Preparing quarterly consolidated reports and inter company reconciliation.

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting.
* Strong knowledge of consolidated reports and IFRS.
* Proficient in written and spoken English.
* Public Accounting Firm background would be an advantage.
* Highly proficient in Excel and good analytical skills with attention to details.
* Able to work well under tight deadline.

Receptionist (RC)
Reporting to GA & Compliances Superintendent
Main Purpose of Position:
* This person will handle all incoming calls, accept guests, and maintain incoming and outgoing documents.

Required Qualifications:
* Minimum D-3 secretary or related discipline.
* Good personality, excellent communication skills and have 2 years experiences in the same position.
* Proficient in both written and spoken English.
* Proficient in Ms. Office, Filling, and Documentation.
